Our Guarantee
We stand behind every FeedSmart Pro we sell. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, simply contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and we will make it right — either with a full refund or a free replacement.
How to Return
- Email us at support@feedsmartpro.com.au with your order number and reason for return
- We will respond within 24 hours with return instructions
- Once we receive the item, your refund will be processed within 3-5 business days
Refund Conditions
- Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery
- Items should be in original or near-original condition
- We cover return shipping costs for defective or incorrect items
- For change-of-mind returns, the customer covers return shipping
Defective or Damaged Items
If your FeedSmart Pro arrives damaged or develops a fault within 12 months, we will replace it free of charge under our warranty. Simply send us a photo and we will ship a replacement immediately.
Refund Timeline
- Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days of receiving the return
- Your bank may take an additional 2-5 days to show the refund
- Afterpay refunds follow Afterpay's standard refund process
